After an exciting and successful start in corporate innovation and marketing, Kara Rodden decided to take her knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and vision, and spread her solo wings. In 2008, she launched Spot Innovation People. The guiding philosophy being to help organisations reap the commercial and cultural benefits of innovation.
Kara has developed her specialised skills and knowledge over more than 12 years of marketing and innovation experience. Since founding Spot Innovation People, she has led innovation projects for small and large organisations, not for profits and blue chip multi-nationals. Proving herself to be truly adaptable she has worked across many industries; including sport, pharmaceutical, financial, FMCG, alcoholic beverages, gourmet foods and the list continues to grow.
With a strong corporate background and natural people skills, Kara works wonders with CEOs and executive leadership teams, department general managers and functional teams, and people on the front-line. Her ability to deal effectively with people, her relentless focus on positive outcomes and her winning sense of humour are what sets Kara even further apart from others in her field.
